Return Policy

amaZulu Inc. makes every effort to supply samples that are representative of the products that a customer is likely to receive when placing an order.

amaZulu’s products are predominantly natural and are affected by climate, growth cycle, harvesting conditions, shipping conditions etc., and are therefore not repeatable products. Variances between products and shipments do occur.

Please note that the samples supplied are for reference and information only, the customer should always expect variances between the samples supplied and the actual products received.
These variances could include, but are not limited to, differences in:

• Size

• Wall Thickness

• Toughness

• Color

• Taper

• Strength

• Texture

Return authorization is required!

Simply call and a Return Product Number will be assigned for the specific items. All boxes must be clearly marked (on the outside) with this number and must be sent freight prepaid. Items not clearly marked or sent freight collect will be refused. All items returned are subject to inspection and evaluation. A 20% restocking charge will apply for standard items. Electrical items, parts and custom orders may not be returned.

Product defects or shortages should be reported to amaZulu Inc. immediately upon receipt of your order. amaZulu Inc. cannot be responsible for claims received more than five (5) days after delivery. Freight carriers are responsible for damage in transit! Have the driver note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery record, and call the carrier immediately upon discovery of concealed damage.
