amaZulu Inc., a 6-year old, Orlando-based, woman
owned and operated company focused on helping clients conceptualize,
create and maintain themed environments, seeks an experienced office
manager to oversee accounting, database and logistic functions.
THE OPPORTUNITY

Provide office organization
-
Perform daily, diverse work: accounting,
invoicing, trade show logistics, database control, email
campaigns etc.

Participate in company-wide decision making
-
Compensation commensurate with experience
WHAT THE COMPANY Needs
-
A proven record of successful office management
experience (distribution experience preferred)
-
An ability to successfully and clearly deal with
prospects, customers, vendors and suppliers via the telephone
-
An understanding of accounting utilizing
QuickBooks (manufacturing version a plus
-
Accounts payable, receivable and collections
-
Credit card processing and reconciliation
-
Invoicing
-
Stock Control
-
Maintenance of customer and vendor master
files
-
Generation of management and ad hoc reports
-
Gathering of data for IRS reporting
-
Ability to maintain company’s ACT customer
database
-
A highly motivated candidate who prefers/enjoys
working in a small office environment
-
High school graduate (or equivalent) required,
some college preferred
-
Ability to administer a small computer system is
a plus
-
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
